These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the WatchGearLab website and purchases of products from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

1. Who you are contracting with

The storefront brand is WatchGearLab. The seller is Kynro Ltd. Products are offered for sale to customers in the United States in USD.

2. Eligibility

You must be able to form a binding contract under applicable law and provide accurate shipping and contact information. You may only purchase for delivery to a United States address (see our Shipping Policy).

3. Products, compatibility, and pricing

We sell watch accessories. Product pages describe intended compatibility; always confirm fit for your specific watch model before ordering. WatchGearLab is not affiliated with Apple, Garmin, Samsung, Google, Suunto, COROS, Polar, or other watch manufacturers mentioned for compatibility.

Prices are shown in USD and may change without notice until you complete payment. Applicable sales tax may be calculated at checkout where required.

4. Orders and payment

Checkout is processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. An order is an offer to buy; we may decline or cancel orders for suspected fraud, inventory issues, pricing errors, or shipping restrictions.

Order records are stored in our application systems hosted on Cloudflare. Transactional order emails are sent via Cloudflare Email Sending.

We may also decline or cancel an order (and issue a full refund if you were charged) when inventory is insufficient, a price was listed in error, we suspect fraud, or the shipping address cannot be served.

5. Shipping

Shipping rates and timelines for United States orders are described in our Shipping Policy, including:

• Standard: $5.99 (5–8 business days)
• Expedited: $14.99
• Free Standard shipping on merchandise subtotals of $35 or more (after discounts, before tax)

We currently ship to United States addresses only.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns are governed by our Returns Policy, including a 30-day return window from delivery, customer-paid return shipping for non-defect returns (WatchGearLab covers return shipping for defective or incorrect items), and a China fulfillment warehouse return address provided after RMA.

7. Limited warranty

WatchGearLab provides a 1-year limited warranty covering manufacturing defects from the date of delivery. The warranty does not cover normal wear, misuse, accidental damage, unauthorized modification, or issues caused by incompatible devices. Warranty claims: [email protected].

8. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the site, attempt unauthorized access, scrape in a way that harms the service, or use the site for unlawful purposes.

9. Disclaimer; limitation of liability

Except where prohibited by law, the site and products are provided on an “as available” basis, and our aggregate liability related to any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot be waived under applicable consumer-protection law. Final disclaimer wording may be refined after attorney review without changing this liability ceiling intent.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated Terms, to the extent permitted by law.
