Privacy Policy
Last updated: October 26, 2026 · United States customers · Owner-confirmed policy
This Privacy Policy describes how WatchGearLab (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and shares personal information when you visit watchgearlab.com or place an order with us. We sell watch accessories to customers in the United States, with prices in USD. This policy is written for a U.S. audience (including California CCPA/CPRA structure).
1. Who we are
WatchGearLab is the brand operating this storefront. The seller is Kynro Ltd.
Privacy / customer-service contact: [email protected].
2. Information we collect
Depending on how you use the site, we may collect:
- Order and account details you provide: name, email, shipping address, phone (if provided), order contents, and messages you send us.
- Payment-related information: payments are processed by Stripe. We do not store full card numbers on our servers. Stripe may collect payment details directly under its own privacy policy.
- Order records we store: order identifiers, line items, amounts (USD), shipping choice, fulfillment status, and related events are stored in our application databases hosted on Cloudflare.
- Transactional emails: order confirmation and related messages are sent through Cloudflare Email Sending from our store email identity.
- Device / technical data: standard server logs such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested may be processed by our hosting provider (Cloudflare) to operate and secure the site.
- Cart contents on your device: the storefront cart may keep product selections in your browser’s local storage so the cart persists while you browse. That data stays on your device unless you start checkout.
3. How we use information
- To process, fulfill, and support your orders (including shipping and returns).
- To send transactional messages (order confirmation, shipping updates, customer-service replies).
- To prevent fraud, enforce our Terms, and keep the site secure.
- To improve the storefront and customer experience.
- To comply with law and respond to lawful requests.
4. Advertising, analytics, and cookies
As of this draft’s verification (code review of the storefront package on October 26, 2026), we did not find third-party advertising pixels, Google Analytics / gtag, Meta Pixel, or similar marketing trackers embedded in the site code. We do not describe trackers that are not present.
The newsletter signup in the footer is not enabled in the current preview (it shows a “not yet enabled” message and does not submit to a list provider).
If we later add analytics or ads, we will update this policy and, where required, provide choices before collecting that data for those purposes.
5. How we share information
We share personal information with service providers that help us run the store, including:
- Stripe — payment processing (we do not store full card numbers).
- Cloudflare — website hosting, application storage (orders / events), and transactional email sending.
- Shipping carriers — name, address, and package details needed to deliver your order through our shipping carriers.
We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in connection with a corporate transaction such as a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets, in which case personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction subject to this policy or a successor policy.
6. Your privacy rights (U.S., including California CCPA/CPRA)
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to:
- Know / access the personal information we hold about you.
- Delete personal information, subject to legal exceptions (for example, completed orders we must retain for tax, fraud, or accounting).
- Correct inaccurate personal information.
- Opt out of sale or sharing of personal information, if applicable.
- Limit use of sensitive personal information, if applicable.
- Non-discrimination for exercising privacy rights.
Do Not Sell or Share: WatchGearLab does not sell personal information and does not share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising as those terms are defined by the CCPA/CPRA. If we later use advertising or analytics that change this, we will update this policy and provide required choices.
To make a privacy request, email [email protected]. We will verify your request before fulfilling it. Authorized agents may submit requests where the law allows; we may require proof of authorization.
7. Retention
We keep order and customer-service records as long as needed to fulfill orders, provide support, meet legal and accounting requirements, and resolve disputes. We do not currently publish fixed retention schedules beyond that.
8. Security
We use HTTPS and rely on Stripe for card processing so that full card numbers are not stored in our application databases. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.
9. Children
WatchGearLab is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 (or under 16 where a higher age applies). If you believe a child provided personal information, contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.
10. International note
Our storefront is aimed at United States customers. If you access the site from outside the U.S., your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our providers operate. This policy is written for a U.S. audience and does not treat United Kingdom privacy or tax regimes as the storefront default.
11. Changes
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be highlighted on the site or by email when appropriate.
