Shipping Policy

1. Processing
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships.
2. Domestic Shipping (United States)
We ship to United States addresses only. Rates below are Owner-approved for US orders (USD).
- Standard Shipping (5–8 business days): $5.99 flat rate
- Expedited Shipping (2–3 business days): $14.99 flat rate
- Free Standard Shipping: Free on orders $35 or more (merchandise subtotal after discounts, before tax). Delivery estimate 5–8 business days. Free Standard may ship via USPS Ground Advantage when available.
Expedited remains available for a fee when the cart qualifies for free Standard shipping. The free-shipping threshold is calculated after discounts, before tax.
3. Order Tracking
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.
4. Delivery Issues
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue.
5. Address Changes
If you need to change the shipping address after placing an order, contact us within 12 hours. After 12 hours, we cannot guarantee address changes.
6. International Shipping
We currently ship to United States addresses only. International shipping is not available at this time.
7. PO Boxes & APO/FPO
Contact us before ordering if you need a PO Box or APO/FPO address. We do not guarantee delivery to those addresses until confirmed for your order.
